The hotel has beautiful views over pools and the sea, but some aspects like old and uncomfortable beds and lack of basic amenities are disappointing for a Le Royal property. The location is far from the reception and not practical for carrying luggage.
My stay at Royal Hammamet Spa & Suites was comfortable and close to the pool, but I would rate it 3 or 4 stars rather than 5. The workers and staff were helpful and made my experience enjoyable.
The room we had during our stay wasn't the best. It smelled rotten and damp, the selection of towels was slim, and overall, it could do with some attention. However, the staff did try to rectify the situation and even arranged a cake for one of our group members' birthdays. The animation team onsite, particularly SLYM, MOMO, KIMO, and LOULOU, kept us entertained all day with games and evening performances.
The hotel has good aspects like clean rooms and friendly staff, but there are drawbacks such as old furniture and uncomfortable beds. The location is optimal with sea views, but there were some issues with specific requests. The dining experience was hit and miss, and facilities were a little disappointing.
